We first laid eyes on each other when we were only teenagers. It was "crush" at first site. Too timid and shy, we never spoke a word to each other. Maybe sent a glance or a smile as we passed in the hall but just couldn't manage a single hello.

Until one beautiful spring night, Eric sent me a Friend Request on everyone's favorite social site, Facebook ;) We messaged back and forth for a couple weeks before Eric FINALLY asked to exchange numbers. I remember feeling so much excitment the first time we spoke on the phone. We talked for hours that night. After sharing many funny stories, having heart to heart conversations and even admitting to both having a thing for each other back in High School, Eric asked me on our first date. Which was June 29, 2011.

I remember our first date like it was yesterday. He wore a nice blue and white botton up shirt and his brand new white shoes (he was so proud of those shoes) and I wore jeans with a tank top (I'm a little bit country lol) I think we were both pretty nervous because we barely said a word the whole way to dinner. I even joked that we talked to much on the phone and now, didnt have anything to talk about. :) Eric and I had drinks over dinner and then drinks at a local bar all the while giggling at each other for not having much to say. I remember thinking he was so darn handsome. He remembers feeling like ,this is it, she's the one! After a few months of dating, we decided to make our love known to one another and I will never forget that night. He stole my heart and I stole his right back.

Eric popped the question on December 25, 2013! It was our first Christmas in our first little place. We woke up early, before his family arrived, to open our gifts. I remember feeling so much excitment and anticipation as I was opening this particular box. It felt so lite, what could it be? I pulled off the paper, opened it....There was another box haha I pulled the second box out and there it was, shimmering and perfect. I gasped as he got down on one knee and softly said that I make him the happiest man in the world and  those 4 words every woman cant wait to hear. "Will you marry me?" Of course, I SAID YES!

Our wedding is going to be absolutely amazing! It will take place close to our home in a small town named Owosso. The ceremony will be wedding casual, nothing too extravagant. Its only a matter of time before I take those steps down the aisle to become Mrs. Eric Russell!! It will be a day to remember and we can't wait to share it with all of you!!

The reception will be fun & fabulous!! Come join us as we celebrate our new life as Mr. & Mrs. Russell! We'll dance the night away to some of our favorite music and toast to our future with a family favorite, Margaritas!! The reception will immediately follow the ceremony. All the details will be worked out and you should all be receiving Save-The-Dates and the invitations with plenty of time to plan!

Eric and I would like to thank all of our family and friends for being there for us throughout the years. You all have made such a remarkable impact on our lives and couldn't be more grateful. We cherish the friendships you've given us, the love we share and all the support. You have all blessed our lives in so many ways. We thank you and can't wait to share our most special day with all of you.
