You MUST have Orange gate pass that was included in your invitation.

Going south on I-5 take the Rosecrans Street exit and follow to the main gate at Naval Submarine Base. Continue on Rosecrans until you reach Kerrick Road on left hand side. Turn left and then immediately right to The Oceanview Room. Follow road signs.
