Jason proposed on top of Belvedere Castle in Central Park, NYC.  I was completely surprised and cannot think back to that day and moment without tearing up.  It was absolutely perfect!  He put so much thought, effort, and time into not only the proposal but the ring as well, which is absolutely beautiful!  It was a gorgeous day to be in the city and he just happened to time his proposal with a weekend my Dad and Judy were in the city, which just added to an already amazing day.
