Please RSVP and let me know if you will be attending by leaving your name and how many you plan to bring with you (only those that require their own plate).

In the Notes portion, please let me know if you plan to attend the wedding, the ceremony, or both.  This will help to ensure you all have a plate to eat, something to drink, and a table to sit at.
